Senior Organizations / Programs

  • Alzheimer Support is a free service that assists East Hanover families who have loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Through our free search tool and database of Alzheimer’s care facilities, families in need of care for their loved ones can locate licensed care homes and communities in the East Hanover area that are best equipped to provide care for their loved ones.
  • Autumn Leaves - Social group for ages 50+.Call 717-469-7514 for more information.  
  • Autumn Leaves Transportation Services - Monday-Friday transportation for EHT residents ages 60+ or individuals with a disability. Call (717) 469-7514 for more info. 
  • Shellsville Senior Center - Meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 12:30 pm.  Social time with coffee, cookies and pastries in the morning.  Lunch served at 11:30 am.  RSVP to the office at 717-469-7514 two days before you plan to attend, to receive a lunch, suggesed donation is $1.00/day.

  • Manestreamers - 4-H Horse and Pony Club for ages 8-18.
