One-Room Schoolhouse

Gingrich School House

East Hanover Township is home to many One-Room Schoolhouses, and we are privileged with the ability to have one on site at our Community Park. The Gingrich School House was built in 1832 and operated as a school until 1952. During this time, children from grades first-eighth attended the school.  The school house was move to the park in the 1990's to be preserved for generations to come.
