Parks & Recreation Board
About Us
In 1980, the Board of Supervisors established the Parks and Recreation Board, and they appoint five residents to serve 5-year terms. The Board develops, plans and oversees a variety of recreational activities and makes recommendations of matters pertaining to the public park and recreational activities.
The Parks and Recreation Board meets on the first Monday of most months in the Municipal Building beginning at 7:00 pm. All meetings are open to the public.
In August 2022, the Board of Supervisors hired Becky Richards, CPRP as the Parks and Recreation Director.
