Ordinance 1998-06 requires you to have your system pumped and inspected once every three years by a licensed Pumper/Hauler registered with the Township. You may file a request for pumping exemption; however, a Township licensed Pumper/Hauler must still inspect the system. Once an application for exemption is received, it will be acted on by the Board of Supervisors.
