NOTICE OF HEARING 

EAST HANOVER TOWNSHIP 

ZONING HEARING BOARD 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of East Hanover Township will conduct a reorganization meeting and hold a public hearing on May 9, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the East Hanover Township Municipal Building, 8848 Jonestown Road, Grantville, Pennsylvania, 17028 regarding the following: 

APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE No. 2024-01.  The Board will consider an Application for a Variance by Michael and Michelle Gundy, owners of the property at 173 Ridge Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17112, East Hanover Township, Dauphin County, also being Dauphin County Tax Parcel No. 25-006-016.  The property is located in a Rural Agricultural District (RA) Section 201.B of the East Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance.  Applicants seek a variance from the requirements of Sections 501.2 and 503.A.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum front yard setback in order to construct a detached garage accessory use and structure within a required minimum front yard.
