Wastewater Treatment Plant

​Overview

The East Hanover Township Wastewater Treatment Plant was constructed and put online in 2004. The facility currently treats an average of 171,000 gallons per day as it serves approximately 1,100 households. Township sewer services was projected to expand in 2020 to additional households in the southwestern portion of the Township. Currently, that project is on hold.
