Fitness Classes

Shape - Up with Sara - Tuesdays & Thursdays - 9am-10am 

No registration needed. Bring a non-perishable food item or personal care item to be donated to the Grantville Food Pantry to participate. Exercise class for women 55 and up. Hand and ankle weights and mats available but using your own is preferred.

Tai Chi with Susan - Fridays - 9am-10am 

No experience required! All levels / abilities welcome. Susan is licensed through the Tai Chi for Health Institute to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis, Fall Prevention, and Seated Tai Chi. Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers to class. Bring water. Register for this FREE class by the Thursday before at noon. Print off the form HERE and return to the Municipal Buidling or stop by to fill one out.
